James Burgon Valentine (geboren 5 oktober 1978 in Lincoln, Nebraska) is een Amerikaanse gitarist, bekend geworden als gitarist van Maroon 5.

Hij speelde in een aantal bandjes, toen hij met Adam Levine de band Maroon 5 oprichtte. De band is bekend van verscheidene hits als Makes Me Wonder, This Love, Wake Up Call en She Will Be Loved.

Alexandra Tamposi (born November 17, 1989) is an American songwriter from West Palm Beach, Florida. She is best known for co-writing Kelly Clarkson's song, "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)," DJ Snake's "Let Me Love You" featuring Justin Bieber, and Camila Cabello’s "Havana" featuring Young Thug. "Stronger" became Kelly Clarkson's biggest commercial hit to date and earned multiple Grammy nominations including Record of the Year and Song of the Year. Tamposi has written for many artists such as Beyoncé, The Chainsmokers, 5 Seconds of Summer, Christina Aguilera, Rozzi Crane, Demi Lovato, Ciara, Little Mix and One Direction. In 2019, she won BMI Pop Songwriter of The Year.

Tamposi appeared on the final season of The X Factor as vocal coach and mentor to Simon Cowell's team, working alongside groups Restless Road, Sweet Suspense, and winners Alex & Sierra. She worked closely with Alex & Sierra on their debut album, writing four songs with the duo.

She was featured on the Cedric Gervais single "Love Again".

She is the granddaughter of real estate developer Samuel A. Tamposi.
