Paola Franchi (née le 17 novembre 1953) est une décoratrice d'intérieur, artiste, auteure et ancienne modèle italienne. Son autobiographie L'amore spezzato (L'amour brisé), sortie en 2010, décrit sa relation avec l'homme d'affaires italien Maurizio Gucci, qui fut assassiné en 1995 lorsqu'ils étaient un couple.

Maurizio Gucci (26 September 1948 – 27 March 1995) was an Italian businessman and the one-time head of the Gucci fashion house. He was the son of actor Rodolfo Gucci, and grandson of the company's founder Guccio Gucci. On 27 March 1995, he was shot and killed by a hitman hired by his ex-wife, Patrizia Reggiani.
